A fence panel was broken in my garden and I measured the size of the panel and Darren ordered it. When Darren came to fit the panel my measurements were not in fact accurate and the fence panel was also not a standard height. Darren had to cut down the fence panel to make it fit, was he wasn't expecting, and this involved much more work. Darren did not charge me for the cut down work when this would normally be more than my final quotation.

There was excellent communication with my neighbour as a tree on their side needed pruning. It cost more than I initially expected, but Darren did such a good job and hand-built the whole thing such that I'll never need to replace it.

From initial consultation, transparency on quotes and timelines to complete the job all on point.  Quick to respond and does a quality job....you get what you pay for....hard work, professional, superb quality.

Most recently this week to replace our picket fence at the front.

Due to unforeseen ground conditions (large tree root and steep slope on the opposite side of the fence) Darren had to use a larger size spur than in the original quotation, which he did this at no extra cost. The work was completed promptly and he kept us informed of progress throughout the job. Communication was excellent. He was quick to respond to questions.
