Darren provided an excellent service and was very professional and went the extra mile which I am extremely grateful for. A fence panel was broken in my garden and I measured the size of the panel and Darren ordered it. When Darren came to fit the panel my measurements were not in fact accurate and the fence panel was also not a standard height. Darren had to cut down the fence panel to make it fit, was he wasn't expecting, and this involved much more work. Darren did not charge me for the cut down work when this would normally be more than my final quotation.![Google]()

Darren did a great job fixing two broken posts in our fence with concrete spurs. Due to unforeseen ground conditions (large tree root and steep slope on the opposite side of the fence) Darren had to use a larger size spur than in the original quotation, which he did this at no extra cost. The work was completed promptly and he kept us informed of progress throughout the job. Communication was excellent. He was quick to respond to questions.
